so i just bought this game
...and i come from lineage 2 (a broken grindfest of a shit mmorpg)
Whats the best solo pvp class? and do you need buffers to pve properly like in l2? |

99% of the time PvP in Guild Wars is team based. The other 1% isn't really an official form of PvP and what not and involves scriming against people and it's just not done often.
You don't need buffers really but in PvE in most cases you will have heros/henchman with you. |

There is no "best" profession for either PvP or PvE. There are stickied threads in Gladiator's Arena section that talk about basics for PvP. http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/g...arena-f30.html Whether random groups or pre-formed, all of PvP (except guild hall scrimmages) consist of teams. |
